Yishideng Holdings declares FY25 final dividend of SGD0.0053, offers scrip option

Yishideng Holdings Ltd. announced on Feb, 27 2026 that it will pay a final dividend of 0.0053 Singapore dollars per share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

Shareholders may elect to receive the distribution in new shares instead of cash. The reference price for the scrip shares is set at 3.934 Hong Kong dollars per share.

The payout is subject to approval at the company’s Apr, 30 2026 annual general meeting. The stock will trade ex-dividend on Jul, 6 2026, with the record date fixed for Jul, 7 2026.

Elections for the scrip option must be lodged by 16:30 Hong Kong time on Jul, 30 2026. New shares are expected to be issued on Aug, 24 2026 and will begin trading on Aug, 25 2026, the same day the dividend is scheduled to be paid.
