Key figures • Immediate impact: The repurchase reduced the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) from 1.10 billion to 1.10 billion shares, a decline of 0.31%. • Treasury position: Treasury shares increased from 23.84 million to 27.29 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.12 billion pending cancellation of the repurchased stock. • Cumulative activity: Since the 17 June 2026 annual mandate authorising the buyback of up to 112.46 million shares, AK Medical has repurchased 42.85 million shares, representing 3.81% of the share count outstanding on the mandate date. • Pending cancellations: An additional 15.56 million shares bought between 6 February and 8 June 2026 are yet to be cancelled, equal to roughly 1.41% of the pre-transaction share base. • Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 July 2026.

The repurchase programme was authorised by the board, financed entirely with internal resources and executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules, according to the filing.
