Come Sure Group Schedules 30 June Board Meeting to Approve FY2025/26 Results and Consider Final Dividend

Come Sure Group (Holdings) Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 June 2026 at the company’s Chai Wan headquarters (Unit 8-10, 8/F, Cornell Centre, 50 Wing Tai Road, Hong Kong). Key agenda items include:
• Approval and release of audited results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
• Deliberation on the recommendation of a final dividend, if any.
The board currently comprises six members: Executive Directors Mr. Chong Kam Chau (Chairman), Mr. Chong Wa Pan and Mr. Chong Wa Ching, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Tsui Pui Man, Mr. Law Tze Lun and Mr. Cheung Wang Ip.
The company will publish the annual results immediately after board approval.
