On 9 April 2026, Dekon Food and Agriculture Group (Dekon AGR) bought back 201,400 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, transferring the shares into treasury stock.
The purchase represents 0.13% of Dekon AGR’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) of 154.56 million as at 8 April 2026. Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding shares fell to 154.36 million, while treasury holdings increased to 3.23 million, keeping total issued shares steady at 157.59 million.
Shares were repurchased within a price band of HKD 66.05 to HKD 68.15, at a volume-weighted average of HKD 67.01. The aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 13.50 million.
The buy-back forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 22 April 2025, which allows Dekon AGR to acquire up to 12.81 million shares. To date, 3.23 million shares—about 2.52% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving roughly 9.58 million shares available under the current authorisation.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 9 May 2026. Dekon AGR confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements.
