Logan Group Company Limited announced that its holistic restructuring schemes have secured court approvals in both the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. The Cayman Court sanctioned the schemes on 4 August 2026, followed by the High Court of Hong Kong on 13 August 2026.
The Sanction Orders were registered with the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 7 August 2026 and with the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 21 August 2026, marking 21 August 2026 as the Scheme Effective Date. Completion of the restructuring remains subject to fulfilment of the conditions precedent outlined in the schemes, after which the Restructuring Effective Date will be confirmed.
