Concord HC GP Signs Expanded Collaboration Agreement with Mayo Foundation, Adding Prevention-to-Rehabilitation Services

Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (Concord HC GP) has entered into a new cooperation agreement with the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research. The partnership broadens the existing oncology-focused alliance to cover the entire healthcare life cycle, including disease prevention, early screening, precision diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term health management.

Building on prior work in proton-therapy talent training, e-consultation, patient referral, hospital management, and international quality control, the latest agreement introduces Mayo’s health-management service system, operational standards, and clinical expertise to Concord HC GP through remote planning, workshop coaching, on-site evaluation, and ongoing optimization.

The board states that the agreement was reached on normal commercial terms and aligns with the interests of the company and its shareholders, aiming to enhance medical service capabilities, operational efficiency, patient experience, and the Group’s core competitiveness.

According to the announcement, the transaction does not constitute a notifiable or connected transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company will issue further updates if required and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
