Winshine Science Company Limited (“WINSHINE SCI”, stock code 00209) announced on 30 April 2026 that its Annual Report 2025, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible under the “Investor Relations” section of the company website (www.winshine.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive the printed report by post, while others are encouraged to switch to electronic delivery by submitting a functional email address to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar.

If a valid email address is not on file, WINSHINE SCI will continue to mail (i) a letter notifying shareholders of online availability of corporate communications and (ii) all future actionable corporate communications in printed form. The company will regard its disclosure obligations as fulfilled once documents are sent to the email address provided without receipt of a “non-delivery” message.

Shareholders may change their preferred form and language of communication, or request printed copies of the current Annual Report, at any time by completing the enclosed Change Request Form or contacting Tricor Investor Services in writing or via email (is-ecom@vistra.com). Elections for printed versions of future communications will remain effective until 31 December 2027 unless earlier revoked or superseded.
