Market expansion: combining Altura's product advantages with the company's satellite data network to drive deployment in the Belt and Road and ASEAN markets. 3. Financial support: Altura plans to strengthen R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain development through capital injection. 4. Emergency and public services: exploring application scenarios in disaster relief, border patrol, and energy pipeline monitoring.

The board of directors believes that entering into the MOU is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders and will help enhance the company's competitiveness in the global industrial-grade UAV market. Both parties intend to explore and develop commercial cooperation, market opportunity development, and financing arrangements related to the satellite and industrial-grade UAV sectors. Both parties agree to evaluate each other's business value and quantify the benefits of cooperation. Within three months from the effective date of the MOU, both parties agree to appoint dedicated personnel to conduct exclusive negotiations regarding the cooperation.
