Bank of Tianjin Announces Full Board Line-Up and Committee Leadership for 2026

Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd. released an updated roster of its 16-member board of directors and detailed the leadership structure of all seven board committees, effective 19 May 2026.

The board is composed of: • Executive Directors (4): Yu Jianzhong (Chairman), Wu Hongtao (President), Zheng Ke (Vice President) and Dong Xiaodong (Secretary to the Board). • Non-executive Directors (6): Dong Guangpei, Peng Chong, Alistair Marshall Bulloch, Xing Jianhua, Wang Shunlong and Wang Shanjun. • Independent Non-executive Directors (6): Zeng Jianhua, Lu Jianzhong, Gu Zhaoyang, Feng Jinghua, Peng Bing and Han Liang.

Seven specialized committees were confirmed, each with designated chairs: 1. Strategic Development Committee – chaired by Chairman Yu Jianzhong. 2. Audit Committee – chaired by Independent Director Lu Jianzhong. 3. Related Party Transactions Control Committee – chaired by Independent Director Peng Bing. 4. Risk Management Committee – chaired by President Wu Hongtao. 5. Nomination and Remuneration Committee – chaired by Independent Director Zeng Jianhua. 6. Inclusive Finance Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee – chaired by Independent Director Feng Jinghua. 7. Digital Finance Committee – chaired by Independent Director Gu Zhaoyang.

The announcement underscores Bank of Tianjin’s adherence to a balanced governance model that combines executive leadership with independent oversight across all key operational and strategic areas.
