The Board comprises seven Executive Directors—led by Chairman Dr. Cheng Kar-Shun, Henry—and seven Independent Non-executive Directors, maintaining a 50:50 split between executive leadership and independent oversight.

Committee highlights: • Nomination Committee: Chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Lam Kin-Fung, Jeffrey, and supported by 11 other members, including the Chairman and all Vice-chairmen. • Remuneration Committee: Led by Dr. Or Ching-Fai, Raymond, with 10 additional members. • Audit Committee: Headed by Mr. Tang Ying-Cheung, Eric and comprised exclusively of Independent Non-executive Directors, reinforcing audit independence. • Sustainability Committee: Overseen by Mr. Lam Kin-Fung, Jeffrey, counting nine members in total. • Strategy and Transformation Committee: Chaired by Dr. Or Ching-Fai, Raymond, and supported by seven other directors, underscoring the Group’s strategic focus.

No changes were announced to the existing directorate; the disclosure formalises committee responsibilities and leadership titles that will be in force from 7 July 2026.
