Mar 12

Metaspacex Limited (stock code: 01796) announced that it has entered into a Termination Agreement with the intended subscriber to cancel the previously disclosed Subscription Agreement for new shares issued under the general mandate.

The decision, reached on 12 March 2026, was attributed to recent market conditions. No financial figures related to the proposed subscription were included in the original announcements dated 13 February, 24 February and 6 March 2026, and none were provided in the latest termination notice.

The board of Metaspacex comprises two executive directors—Mr. Kang Ruipeng (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr. Deng Houhua—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Cheng Pak Lam, Ms. Ya Li and Ms. Chen Yan. The announcement was authorised for issue in Hong Kong on 12 March 2026.
