ZhaojIN MINING (HKEX: 01818) has announced the successful completion of its bond issuance.
In accordance with the issuance announcement, the company has issued the first tranche of its 2026 technology innovation corporate bonds for professional investors, with a total issuance scale not exceeding RMB 2 billion.
The bond issuance comprised two series. Series one has a term of 2 years, while series two has a term of 3 years.
The offering included an inter-series reallocation option, with no restrictions on the reallocation ratio. The issuer and the bookrunner determined whether to exercise this option based on the subscription status, within the total issuance amount.
The bonds were issued at a price of RMB 100 per unit. The placement was conducted via an offline bookbuilding process targeting professional institutional investors as defined by relevant regulations.
The issuance process concluded on July 22, 2026.
For series one, the actual issuance amount was RMB 1 billion with a subscription multiple of 2.54 times. The final coupon rate was set at 1.62%.
For series two, the actual issuance amount was RMB 1 billion with a subscription multiple of 3.15 times. The final coupon rate was set at 1.69%.
