3D Medicines Inc. (stock code: 01244) filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that the company’s share structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

The authorised share capital stayed at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each. No adjustments were made to the authorised amount or par value.

Issued share capital was likewise steady: 258.18 million ordinary shares were outstanding at both the beginning and end of July. The company held zero treasury shares, reflecting no repurchases or cancellations during the month.

3D Medicines affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating sufficient free-float liquidity in the market.

Under the company’s Share Option Scheme, 12.80 million options were outstanding as of 31 July 2026. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised from option exercises during the month. The report also confirmed that the issuer has no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements pending share issuance.

The filing, authorised by Director Gong Zhaolong, states that all regulatory and listing obligations connected with its securities remain fully satisfied.
