BAIOO Chairman Dai Jian Acquires Additional 468,000 Shares, Lifts Indirect Stake to 24.2%

On 29 April 2026, BAIOO Family Interactive Limited disclosed that Executive Director and Board Chairman Dai Jian increased his indirect shareholding by purchasing 468,000 ordinary shares on-market at an average price of HK$0.528 per share through Stmoritz Investment Limited, a company he beneficially owns.

The single-day transaction, valued at approximately HK$0.25 million, brings Stmoritz’s direct holding to 692.98 million shares, representing about 24.2% of BAIOO’s issued share capital.

Including earlier market purchases conducted from 30 March to 29 April 2026, Dai Jian acquired an aggregate 5.04 million shares during the period, further consolidating his position in the company.

The announcement was released by BAIOO as a voluntary disclosure and confirms full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
