USAS Building warns of 84% slide in H1-2026 earnings, net profit to shrink to RMB9.90 million

USAS Building System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. issued a profit warning, projecting consolidated net profit of roughly RMB9.90 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, down 84.20% from RMB62.60 million a year earlier. The anticipated decline of RMB52.70 million is based on unaudited management accounts.

Management attributed the deterioration to two main factors: 1) A reduction in revenue from PS building subcontracting services, driven by fluctuations in major customers’ order cycles; 2) Delayed commencement of newly signed contracts and deferred revenue recognition, with most project work scheduled for the second half of 2026. These issues collectively cut gross profit by about RMB83.70 million in the period.

The interim results are still being finalized and have neither been audited nor reviewed by the independent auditor or audit committee. The company plans to release its full interim report on 21 August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the shares.
