CISI FIN (06058) has announced that its board of directors recommends appointing Mr. Wei Wei and Mr. Ding Xianshu as executive directors of the company. The proposed appointments are subject to approval by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Following approval, the appointments will take effect.

The board also recommends the appointment of Ms. Fu Yuemin as an independent non-executive director. This appointment is likewise conditional upon shareholder approval via an ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting.

Ms. Du Li, an independent non-executive director and member of the board's nomination and remuneration committees, will not seek re-election at the annual general meeting in order to dedicate more time to personal commitments. Ms. Du will retire by rotation in accordance with the company's articles of association, and her roles will conclude at the end of the annual general meeting.

Subject to her appointment as an independent non-executive director being approved by shareholders, Ms. Fu will be appointed as a member of both the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.
