The Hong Kong Stock Exchange's latest disclosure reveals a significant share purchase.
On May 29, Bank of Communications Trustee Limited acquired an additional 9 million shares of CHINASOFT INT'L (HKEX: 00354).
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$3.73 per share.
The total consideration for this block of shares amounted to roughly HK$33.58 million.
Following this purchase, the trustee's total shareholding has increased to about 248 million shares.
This revised holding now represents a 9.07% stake in the company.
