Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) disclosed a share buyback on 23 June 2026, acquiring 306,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 2.39 and HKD 2.41 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 2.404, bringing the total cash outlay to approximately HKD 0.74 million.
Following the transaction, UBOX Online’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 943.71 million, down 0.03% from 944.01 million on 22 June 2026. Treasury shares increased to 2.81 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 946.51 million shares.
The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 28 May 2026 authorising the company to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares, equivalent to 10% of the issued share capital at that time. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 2.81 million shares, representing 0.30% of the authorised limit. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, UBOX Online is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 July 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase date.
