Midea Group Buys Back 1.23 Million A-Shares and Issues 0.42 Million New Shares for Employee Incentives

On 20 May 2026, Midea Group Co., Ltd. completed several capital movements involving its A-shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The company repurchased 1.23 million shares on the open market at prices ranging from RMB 80.23 to RMB 82.15, for a total outlay of RMB 100.00 million. These shares have been moved into treasury, lifting the treasury-share balance to 112.13 million.

Concurrently, Midea Group issued 421,228 new A-shares under two option incentive plans. The Eighth Stock Option Incentive Plan contributed 249,419 shares at an exercise price of RMB 70.29 per share, while the Ninth Stock Option Incentive Plan added 171,809 shares at RMB 45.16 per share.

After incorporating the buyback and option exercises: • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) declined by 0.01% to 6.84703 billion. • Total issued shares, including treasury stock, increased by 0.01% to 6.95917 billion due to the new share issues.

All transactions were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with applicable regulations of the Shenzhen and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
