New World Department Store China Limited (NWDS CHINA) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.
NWDS CHINA’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.69 billion, and the company held no treasury shares during the month.
The board affirmed that the free-float level continued to satisfy the Exchange’s minimum 25% requirement for Main Board issuers.
Under the share-option scheme approved on 26 June 2023, 168.61 million options were outstanding at 31 July 2026, equal to roughly 10% of the current issued share capital. No options were exercised in July, and the company raised no funds from option conversions.
NWDS CHINA reported no activity in warrants, convertible securities, or other equity arrangements, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or transfers during the month.
