On 28 April 2026, Country Garden Holdings Company Limited issued a formal notice confirming that its 2025 Annual Report, the circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and the accompanying proxy form (collectively, “Current Corporate Communication”) have been published online.

The English and Chinese versions can now be viewed on both the company website (www.countrygarden.com.cn) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Management “strongly recommends” shareholders consult the online versions to facilitate faster and more sustainable information access.

Non-registered shareholders who are unable to retrieve the documents electronically may request printed copies at no cost. To do so, they should complete the enclosed Change Request Form and return it—either by post to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong (postage-paid if mailed locally)—or via email to 2007-ecom@vistra.com.

Country Garden advises investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to provide valid email addresses to those intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of future electronic notifications.
