Xi’an Haitian Antenna Technologies Co., Ltd. released an updated register of its board members and committee assignments, effective 14 May 2026.

The refreshed governance structure confirms Xiao Bing as Chairman and Executive Director, while Chen Ji continues as Vice-Chairman and Executive Director. Non-executive directors comprise Li Wenqi, Zuo Hong, Sun Yikuan and Gu Zhongquan. Zuo Hong additionally serves as Vice General Manager.

Independent non-executive oversight is provided by Wang Qian, Zhang Yi and Liu Lidong. Wang Qian chairs the Remuneration Committee and sits on both the Audit and Nomination Committees. Zhang Yi leads the Audit and Nomination Committees, and Liu Lidong is a member of the Audit Committee.
