Lianlian DigiTech trims outstanding H-shares by 5.40 million in June after HK$26.85 million buy-back

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. reported sizeable share capital movements for the month ended 30 June 2026, driven primarily by a sustained repurchase programme and a modest exercise of pre-IPO options.

Issued share dynamics • Outstanding H-shares (excluding treasury stock) fell by 5.40 million to 431.53 million. • Treasury stock rose by 5.98 million to 37.27 million, leaving total issued H-shares unchanged at 468.79 million. • The company’s unlisted domestic shares were stable at 660.39 million, keeping the overall issued share capital at 1.13 billion shares.

Buy-back activity Between 1–30 June 2026, Lianlian DigiTech executed 21 on-market repurchase transactions, buying 5.98 million H-shares at prices ranging from HK$3.97 to HK$5.19. Aggregate consideration is estimated at HK$26.85 million, implying an average purchase price of approximately HK$4.49 per share. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.

Option exercises Under the 2021 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme, employees exercised 572,000 options, resulting in an equivalent number of new H-shares being issued. The exercise generated RMB 1.69 million in proceeds. No movements occurred under the 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme during the period.

Share incentive reserve The First Share Award Scheme, approved on 26 January 2026, remains in place with an un-utilised capacity of 110.48 million shares. No shares were issued or transferred under this plan in June.

Regulatory compliance Despite the reduction in free-float shares, Lianlian DigiTech confirmed that its public float remained above the Main Board’s 25% threshold as at 30 June 2026.
