Shirble Store Reports No Share Capital Changes in July 2026; Public Float Meets 25% Threshold

Shirble Department Store Holdings (China) Limited (“Shirble Store”) released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, indicating stable share capital and full compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.

The authorised share capital remained at 15.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 1.50 billion. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.495 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued shares at the same 2.495 billion level recorded at the end of June 2026.

Shirble Store confirmed that its public float satisfies the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25%, as required under Listing Rule 13.32D(1). No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary Chow Chun Pong and submitted to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 31 July 2026.
