According to regulatory filings, Q&M Dental Group acquired a significant stake in Aoxin Q&M Dental, purchasing over 21.4 million ordinary shares for approximately S$3.9 million on April 7, 2026. This transaction increased its holding to 55.3% of the issued share capital. The company followed this with an additional purchase of 1.53 million shares for about S$279,376, raising its total stake to 55.4%.
These acquisitions signal the parent company's commitment to consolidating its position and potentially point to confidence in the subsidiary's future prospects. The move comes as Q&M Dental, with a market capitalization of around S$539.81 million, operates dental healthcare services across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and internationally.
