To accelerate the pace of digital and intelligent upgrades, strengthen the foundation of talent in artificial intelligence technology applications, and promote the deep integration of AI with metallurgical production, Boldtek recently organized a four-day specialized training program focused on AI empowerment.
This training comes at a critical stage as Boldtek vigorously advances its digital and intelligent transformation. The company will use this opportunity to effectively implement key initiatives, including automation upgrades planned for 2026-2030, the deployment of intelligent equipment, and the second phase of the Boldtek project. By continuously leveraging AI to enhance production quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency, the company aims to accelerate its transformation toward smart manufacturing and establish itself as a benchmark for intelligent upgrades in the special metallurgy industry, steadily progressing toward a more innovative, intelligent, green, and efficient future.
The training was structured around the core project needs for Boldtek's automation upgrades over the next five years, featuring 12 courses across four modules: AI fundamentals and office efficiency, production and quality management, energy and equipment intelligent maintenance, and marketing and data analysis. Instructors, grounded in the practical applications of AI in the metallurgy industry, began with trends in artificial intelligence and hands-on applications of large models, systematically covering key topics such as industrial optimization models, machine vision perception, intelligent inspection and grading, smelting process models, equipment condition intelligent monitoring, and smart marketing data analysis, integrating theory with case studies and aligning technology with on-site needs.
Managers at all levels of Boldtek and business leaders from various professional fields participated in the training, with a total of over 200 attendees.
