At a recent enterprise exchange forum themed "Digital-Intelligence Integration, Green-Driven Future," quality supervision staff from the Guilin Market Regulation Bureau and Lipu Market Regulation Bureau in Guangxi held discussions with leaders from several key enterprises to jointly explore pathways for digital and intelligent transformation in traditional manufacturing.
As part of this year's "Quality Month" series of activities, the forum aimed to build a platform for mutual learning and exchange among enterprises, open up channels for sharing the practical experience of outstanding companies, and provide actionable reference ideas for enterprises with weak transformation foundations.
During the forum, Guilin Juntai Fu Electric Co., Ltd. shared hands-on experience regarding government quality award applications and quality system development. Representatives from participating enterprises delivered remarks based on their own development realities on topics including corporate energy management and the implementation of AI technologies, introducing their current application status, practical explorations, and real-world challenges in digital, intelligent, and artificial intelligence technologies. They drew on each other's transformation approaches and discussed pathways for integrating green development with quality management.
In response to the concerns of enterprises with weak foundations regarding "how to take the first step in digital transformation," participating enterprises reached a four-point consensus: first, leverage leadership's exemplary role, strengthen training for all staff, and cultivate awareness of digital transformation; second, ground efforts in each enterprise's actual business circumstances, adopt coordinated systematic planning, and comprehensively map out and connect data chains; third, ensure proper post-implementation operations and maintenance to steadily advance transformation; fourth, encourage enterprises to build internal AI knowledge bases to stimulate employee innovation.
The event also organized participating enterprises to visit the production workshop of Guilin Juntai Fu Electric Co., Ltd., where they observed the company's digital and intelligent construction achievements on site, learned about the development and operation model of its digital twin visualization management platform and the company's future plans for digital-intelligence technology development, and gained a first-hand sense of the practical results of digital-intelligence technology empowering manufacturing.
A relevant official from the Quality Development Section of the Guilin Market Regulation Bureau stated that the bureau will continue to provide quality improvement services, give full play to the demonstration and driving effects of benchmark enterprises, guide more enterprises to use digital and intelligent means to optimize their quality management systems, and help enterprises across the city improve quality and efficiency.
