New Hope Service Records Zero Capital Movements in April 2026; Issued Shares Steady at 814.13 Million

New Hope Service Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 06 May 2026, covering the period ended 30 April 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 25.00 million.

Issued share capital was stable at 814.13 million ordinary shares, and the group continued to hold no treasury shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled or repurchased during the month.

Public-float requirements were fully met, with the company confirming compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent threshold.

Under the share-option scheme adopted on 30 April 2021, no options were outstanding or exercised during the month, leaving a capacity of up to 80.00 million shares available for future grants. No warrants, convertibles or other share-issuance agreements were outstanding.

The filing, signed by Executive Director Chen Jing, also affirmed that all listing-rule and regulatory obligations had been satisfied.
