Country Garden Services Schedules 26 August Board Meeting to Review 1H 2026 Results and Interim Dividend

Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 August 2026. The agenda includes the approval of consolidated interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 and consideration of an interim dividend.
The notice, dated 14 August 2026, lists President and Executive Director Xu Binhuai, along with Executive Director Xiao Hua, Non-Executive Chairman Yang Huiyan, and four Independent Non-Executive Directors—Mei Wenjue, Rui Meng, Chen Weiru and Zhao Jun—as current board members.
Results and any dividend decision will be disclosed following the meeting in accordance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
