Levi Strauss & Co.'s stock price soared 9.99% in post-market trading on Tuesday, following the release of the company's first-quarter financial results.

The denim apparel maker reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.42, surpassing analyst estimates of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter reached $1.74 billion, also exceeding expectations of $1.65 billion and representing a 14% year-over-year increase.

Driving the positive investor sentiment was the company's decision to raise its full-year outlook. Levi Strauss now expects fiscal 2026 net revenue growth of 5.5% to 6.5%, up from its previous forecast of 5% to 6%. The company also raised its adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $1.42 to $1.48. Management cited resilient demand for its premium jeans and strength in its direct-to-consumer business as key factors for the strong performance and optimistic forecast.
