GWMOTOR Releases Updated Board and Committee Structure

Great Wall Motor Company Limited (GWMOTOR) disclosed a refreshed corporate governance lineup effective 26 June 2026.

The eight-member Board now comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director, three independent non-executive directors, and one employee director. Executive Chairman Wei Jian Jun continues to lead the Board, with Zhao Guo Qing serving as vice-chairman and deputy general manager alongside executive director Li Hong Shuan. Non-executive director He Ping and independent non-executive directors Fan Hui, Tom Siulun Chau, and Tian Ya Juan supplement the leadership team, while Zhao Gai represents employees.

Four specialized committees remain in place: Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Strategy & Sustainable Development. • Audit Committee—chaired by Fan Hui—includes Tom Siulun Chau and Tian Ya Juan as members. • Remuneration Committee—also chaired by Tom Siulun Chau—counts Wei Jian Jun and Tian Ya Juan as members. • Nomination Committee—led by Tian Ya Juan—features Fan Hui and Tom Siulun Chau. • Strategy & Sustainable Development Committee—chaired by Wei Jian Jun—enlists Li Hong Shuan and He Ping.

The disclosure confirms that independent directors chair three of the four committees, reinforcing oversight and aligning with prevailing corporate governance best practices.
