JIAXIN INTL RES Shares Surge Over 7% on Optimistic Cost and Production Outlook

JIAXIN INTL RES (03858) saw its shares rise more than 7% during the trading session. At the time of writing, the stock was up 7.24% to HK$120, with a turnover of HK$151 million. The company reported revenue of HK$1.063 billion for 2025, with a profit of HK$305 million, marking a turnaround from a loss in the previous year. Guoxin Securities noted that the company's revenue is entirely derived from scheelite concentrate. Since commencing commercial production and sales in April 2025, it produced 5,008 tonnes of scheelite concentrate and sold 4,879 tonnes for the full year. With increasing capacity utilization and operational improvements, the company's cost structure is expected to further improve. Production is projected to grow to around 9,000 tonnes in 2026. By 2027, with the commissioning of the second-phase waste disposal project, the designed annual processing capacity is set to reach 4.95 million tonnes per year. Once fully operational, annual output is expected to stabilize at over 13,000 tonnes.
