Man Wah Repurchases 0.93 Million Shares for HK$3.49 Million; Shares to Be Cancelled

Man Wah Holdings Limited announced the on-market repurchase of 928,000 shares on 3 June 2026 under the general mandate approved at the 30 June 2025 AGM.

The repurchased shares were bought at prices between HK$3.70 and HK$3.79, utilising approximately HK$3.49 million before brokerage and expenses. Based on the disclosed figures, the average repurchase price was about HK$3.76 per share.

All repurchased shares will be cancelled. The Board cited strong and healthy operating cash flow and stated that the cancellation is intended to enhance shareholder returns, underscoring confidence in the company’s prospects.

Future buybacks will depend on market conditions and remain at the Board’s discretion, with no assurance given on the timing, quantity or price of any additional repurchases. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
