Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (DCWT) has convened its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026 for 2:00 p.m. on 18 May 2026 at Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 7, Kunming Dianchi Tourist Resort, Yunnan Province.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution to appoint Mu Yong as an executive director following the intended retirement of current board chair and executive director Zeng Feng, who has reached the statutory retirement age.

Mu Yong, aged 51, holds a bachelor’s degree in machinery design and manufacturing from Harbin University of Science and Technology (1997) and a master’s degree in mechanical and electronic engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (1999). A senior engineer, Mu joined DCWT in November 2023 and currently serves as Party Committee Secretary, deputy general manager and labour union president of the company, as well as Party Committee Secretary and executive director of wholly owned subsidiary Kunming Wastewater Treatment and Operation Co., Ltd.

Upon shareholder approval, DCWT will sign a service agreement with Mu covering the remainder of the current board’s term. Remuneration will comprise basic salary, performance bonus and statutory benefits, with the annual amount to be disclosed in future annual reports.

Shareholders of record as of the close of business on 27 April 2026 are eligible to attend. The H-share register will be closed from 28 April to 18 May 2026 (both dates inclusive). Proxy forms must be lodged no later than 2:00 p.m. on 17 May 2026.
