Helens International Holdings Company Limited (HLS) issued a profit warning on Aug, 4 2026, saying it expects revenue of about 220.00 million to 260.00 million Singapore dollars for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, down from 291.15 million Singapore dollars a year earlier.
The company forecast adjusted net profit of roughly 22.00 million to 26.00 million Singapore dollars, compared with 54.83 million Singapore dollars in the same period of 2025. Reported net profit is projected at 12.00 million to 16.00 million Singapore dollars, versus 50.33 million Singapore dollars a year ago.
Helens attributed the expected declines to a decrease in the number of self-operated bars, weaker bar revenue and an April 2026 price reduction across all alcoholic beverages, which coincided with a lag in replacing inventory under a new supply chain.
The figures are based on unaudited management accounts, and the company plans to release its full interim results in Aug, 2026. Helens advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
