China Boton Repurchases 1.23 Million Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 5.57 Million

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it bought back 1.23 million ordinary shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 2.42 and HKD 2.47, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.45 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 3.01 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell 0.11 % from 1,076.17 million to 1,074.94 million. Treasury shares increased from 4.34 million to 5.57 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,080.51 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares. The latest purchase utilises approximately 1.13 % of that authority. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 July 2026.
