NWDS China Reports No Share Capital Changes in June 2026 Monthly Return

New World Department Store China Limited (NWDS China) filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a steady share capital structure and full public-float compliance.

Total authorised share capital remained at HKD 1.00 billion, representing 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

Issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.69 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares at month-end, and no movements occurred in either issued or treasury shares throughout June.

NWDS China affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float threshold as of 30 June 2026.

Under the share option scheme approved on 26 June 2023, 168.61 million options remained outstanding. No options were exercised in June, resulting in zero new shares issued and no proceeds raised.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were outstanding or issued during the month.
