Madison Hldg shareholders give 100% backing to FY26 accounts, board re-elections and fresh capital mandates

Hong Kong – 3 August 2026 – Madison Holdings Group Limited (Madison Hldg) secured full shareholder support for every agenda item at its annual general meeting (AGM) held today.

All six ordinary resolutions were approved by poll, with 28.67 million votes cast in favour and none against, representing 18.41% of the company’s 155.78 million issued shares.

Key approvals 1. Financial statements: Adoption of the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 March 2026. 2. Board composition: Re-election of Su Lei (executive director), Ji Zuguang (non-executive director), Chu Kin Wang Peleus and Dr Lau Reimer Mary Jean (independent non-executive directors); authorisation for the board to set directors’ remuneration. 3. Auditor: Re-appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited for the year ending 31 March 2027, with the board authorised to fix fees. 4. Capital mandates: • General mandate to issue, allot and deal with shares. • Authority to repurchase shares. • Authority to extend the issue mandate by the amount of shares repurchased.

Meeting administration • All eight directors attended the AGM in person or via electronic means. • Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll.

With the unanimous votes recorded, Madison Hldg retains management continuity, auditor oversight and refreshed flexibility to raise or return capital in the coming financial year.
