On 29 April 2026, BBMG Corporation issued a reminder to registered shareholders that the company has fully transitioned to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms.
The company highlighted the following operational details:
• Access Points: Complete English and Chinese versions of every forthcoming corporate communication will be posted on both the BBMG website (www.bbmg.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk) in lieu of printed copies.
• Email Collection: BBMG has not yet received email addresses from certain shareholders and is soliciting this information to facilitate timely electronic delivery. Shareholders can provide an email address by scanning the personalised QR code or by returning the enclosed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
• Interim Measures: Until a functional email address is received, BBMG will continue to send actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder instructions—in printed form, accompanied by a request form to collect email details for future electronic transmission.
• Printed Copy Option: Shareholders preferring physical documents may request printed versions by completing the reply form or emailing bbmg.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name and address details. This preference remains valid for one year from the date the instruction is received.
• Contact Information: Queries should be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
BBMG emphasised that these steps align with its ongoing efforts to enhance communication efficiency and sustainability by reducing paper usage.
