TAIMEI TECH repurchases 49,600 H shares, issued float trimmed to 197.70 million

Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“TAIMEI TECH”) disclosed on 13 July 2026 that it repurchased 49,600 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$5.95 to HK$6.37, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.07 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$0.30 million. All repurchased shares are being held in treasury.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares fell by 0.03% from 197.75 million to 197.70 million. Treasury shares increased correspondingly from 2.84 million to 2.89 million, while total issued share capital remained unchanged at 200.59 million.

The transaction was executed under the share repurchase mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 20.02 million shares. Including the latest trade, TAIMEI TECH has repurchased 2.47 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 1.23% of the total shares outstanding on the authorisation date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares until 12 August 2026. The filing confirms that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed on 1 June 2026.
