LC Logistics (the “Company”) will hold its 2026 annual general meeting at 10:00 a.m. on 26 June 2026 in Shanghai.
Key resolutions include:
1. Capital mandates • A general mandate authorising directors to issue or resell up to 20% of the Company’s issued share capital, equal to 114.51 million shares based on the 572.54 million shares outstanding as at 24 April 2026. • A repurchase mandate permitting the buy-back of up to 10% of issued shares, or 57.25 million shares. • An extension mandate allowing the share-issue limit to be increased by the number of shares actually repurchased.
2. Governance amendments Shareholders will vote on adopting Amended and Restated Articles of Association to: • Introduce a treasury-shares regime; • Expand paperless listing provisions and electronic communication with investors; • Enable compliance with Hong Kong’s forthcoming uncertificated securities market.

4. Other items • Appointment and remuneration of the 2026 auditor; • Authority for directors to fix directors’ fees.
