K Cash Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance for September 2026

On 6 October 2026, K Cash Corporation Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

K Cash’s authorised share capital stood at 3.90 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, representing HKD 390,000 in aggregate. There were no authorisations to increase or decrease this amount in September.

The company closed the month with 500.00 million issued ordinary shares and held no treasury shares, mirroring the figures reported at the end of August. Consequently, total issued share capital also stayed steady at 500.00 million shares.

K Cash affirmed adherence to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement, confirming that at least 25% of its issued share class remains in public hands.

No movements were recorded under share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments. The company’s share incentive scheme, approved on 31 October 2023 and effective from its Main Board listing on 5 December 2023, registered no new grants or exercises during the reporting period.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Lai Siu Kuen, also confirmed compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
