A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on April 27, a shareholder of JST GROUP (06687) deposited shares into an account at CMB International Securities. The deposited shares have a market value of HK$529 million, representing 7.05% of the company's issued share capital. This transaction follows the expiration of the six-month post-listing lock-up period for JST GROUP on April 21. The lock-up expiration applied to 13 cornerstone investors, whose holdings of 33.0629 million shares, constituting 7.8% of the issued share capital, became eligible for trading. According to its 2025 financial results, JST GROUP reported annual revenue of approximately RMB 1.142 billion, marking a 25.6% year-on-year increase. However, the company recorded a loss attributable to owners of approximately RMB 1.655 billion, a shift from profit to loss compared to the previous year. This loss was primarily attributed to the conversion of pre-IPO issued convertible redeemable preferred shares into ordinary shares upon listing.
