Yanlord Land's stock soared 3.31% in post-market trading on Monday, driven by the release of its positive annual financial results for fiscal year 2025.

The company reported a return to profitability, supported by a favorable shift in its product mix for delivered properties, fewer inventory write-downs, and lower interest expenses due to reduced borrowings. Yanlord is also transitioning toward more stable, recurring income from its investment properties, hotels, and property management services.

Further bolstering investor sentiment, the board proposed a final dividend of 1 Singapore cent per share and is seeking shareholder approval to renew a share buyback mandate at its upcoming AGM. The authorization would allow the repurchase of up to 10% of issued shares, a move typically viewed as a sign of management's confidence in the company's value.
