AMCO United Clarifies Book Closure and Record Date for 2026 AGM

AMCO United Holding Limited (AMCO United) issued a clarification regarding the book closure period for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

• Record Date: Shareholders must be on the register of members by Friday, 26 June 2026 to qualify for attending and voting at the AGM.

• Book Closure Window: The register of members will be closed from Monday, 22 June 2026 to Friday, 26 June 2026, inclusive. No share transfers will be processed during this period.

• Transfer Deadline: Share transfer documents, together with the relevant share certificates, must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

All other details contained in the Circular and AGM Notice dated 30 April 2026 remain unchanged, and the existing proxy form for the AGM continues to be valid.
