The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Hongying New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for an independent energy storage station project. The contract, valued at a total of 664 million yuan including tax, was signed on June 18, 2026. The agreement was reached between a consortium formed by the subsidiary, Ningxia Transportation Construction Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Galaxy Power Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., and the joint venture entity, Yingzhuo Green Energy (Gansu) New Energy Development Co., Ltd.

The project in question is the Yinghua Gansu Baiyin 200MW/800MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station. The portion of the contract value attributable to Hongying New Energy, covering equipment supply and the completion of specified EPC work, amounts to 532 million yuan including tax.
