Pursuant to the amended Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited effective 31 December 2023, Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Limited has confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications for non-registered shareholders.

Under the new framework, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be made available on both the company’s website (www.huahonggrace.com) and the HKEX market website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials can obtain them on request. Requests must be submitted via a completed form to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 1347-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until it is revoked, superseded or until the end of the first quarter of the company’s next financial year, whichever occurs first; subsequent periods will require renewal.
