Hua Hong Grace Moves to Fully Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications from 21 Aug 2026

Bulletin Express
Aug 21

Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Limited will transition to an all-electronic model for delivering corporate communications starting 21 August 2026, in line with amended Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.

Key points of the new arrangements are as follows:

1. Website‐only publication • All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on both the company’s website (www.huahonggrace.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). • Shareholders will no longer receive separate printed notices alerting them to each online publication; they are encouraged to monitor the websites proactively.

2. Actionable communications via email • Documents that require shareholder action (e.g., proxy forms) will be sent individually by email. • If no functional email address is on record, the company will send printed copies of these actionable items together with a form requesting a valid email address for future use.

3. Registering email addresses • Shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address by completing the online form accessible via the QR code provided in the circular, valid until 20 October 2026, or by contacting the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (email: 1347-ecom@vistra.com). • The company will deem its obligation fulfilled once it sends actionable communications to the email address supplied without receiving a “non-delivery” notice.

4. Printed copies on request • Shareholders may request printed versions of any corporate or actionable communications free of charge by writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via the above email address. • Further details are available in the Corporate Governance section of the company’s website.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via email to 1347-ecom@vistra.com.

The board, chaired by Dr. Peng Bai, approved these measures to enhance efficiency and align with regulatory requirements while providing shareholders with flexible access to corporate information.
