LVGEM China (00095) has issued a profit warning for the first half of 2026, projecting a net loss of around RMB 600 million, a significant improvement compared to the approximately RMB 2 billion loss recorded in the same period of 2025.

According to the company's latest announcement, the narrowed loss for the 2026 interim period is primarily attributed to two key factors: a reduction in fair value losses on investment properties, and lower impairment provisions for properties under development and those held for sale.

The company noted that these positive developments reflect a more stable market environment and more disciplined asset valuation processes during the reporting period. The substantial year-on-year improvement in the loss figures highlights the effectiveness of management's ongoing cost control and asset management strategies.
