CSC (06066) has announced that Ms. Huang Huiling has resigned from her positions as the company's Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative for service of legal documents, effective March 26, 2026. The resignation was submitted due to work reassignment. The Board of Directors announced the appointment of Ms. Mak Po Man as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from the same date. Mr. Liu Naisheng will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
